I provide support in personal, executive and life coaching on different levels, particularly on logical levels of Capability and Identity, impacting internal states and behavior, but also will focus on intuition. Through this channel we connect with deeper layers of the person, transcending the boundaries of our individuality. Intuitive competence is the result of a developed intuition.

Behavior is our way of interacting with others and the environment. Our behavior is influenced and a result from all the factors below. Behavioral competence can be coached by working with these levels.


  • Beliefs - Can be empowering or disempowering and will guide our actions, thoughts and behavior. We will analyze limiting beliefs and work on transforming these into empowering beliefs and actions.
  • Capabilities - Our ability to perform and our potential for further development. We aim to have choices in situations where we had only an automatic response.
  • Values - The reinforcement that supports or inhibits certain capabilities and actions.
  • Identity - Is a set of generalizations. Our self-concept, the way we perceive ourselves, manifests in our actions and behaviors. The paradox of identity is that what works in the beginning may be limiting later.
